Our property management department is structured so that each landlord is allocated their own portfolio manager which enables you to deal directly with the person that manages your investment.

Each landlord, property and tenant is treated uniquely so we can guarantee you will not be treated as just a number on a large rent roll. Your calls will be returned and your questions will be answered, even if it relates to a negative situation on our behalf.

Fees and Charges

As a general guide you can expect an agent to charge the following fees:

A week’s rental for the initial letting of the property
A commission which is a percentage of the weekly rental
A monthly administration fee
An advertising fee for each new letting
An lease administration fee for new letting

As fees and charges can vary depending on the circumstances with each property we’d be happy to discuss fees and charges with you in person, or send you a management pack with further details.
