Peter Maxwell

Peter Maxwell is the most recent Sales Consultant to join the Maxwell and Co team. The Maxwell name has a long and proud history in Queanbeyan’s Real Estate Industry and with Peter becoming part of the team, the tradition continues.

A local resident having lived in Queanbeyan since the early 90’s, Peter comes from a financial background having started his career with the State Bank in Monaro Street, Queanbeyan and then heading up one of the first mobile lending teams in the area. He assisted many families with their home loan enquiries and helped many fulfil the great Australian dream of owning their own home.

After finishing up a successful career in mobile lending, Peter then spent 10 years with the Australian Taxation Office in the compliance and fraud area. Peter is appropriately skilled in matters of home loan requirements, investment properties, record keeping and negative gearing.

His honest, empathetic and customer-oriented approach is second to none. The enthusiasm Peter exhibits for every job he undertakes makes each of his client’s adaptation to selling their most prized asset a smoother task. All his clients have a hard time ignoring his positive and approachable personality.
