Sue Craig

After working with investors in the Queanbeyan area through her position as a Personal Banker for 16 years, Sue decided to pursue her passion for Real Estate from a different angle and commenced her new career path as a Property Manager with a well known Queanbeyan firm in 2000.

Focusing first on the financial needs of landlords such as end of month accounts and statements Sue quickly became wanted by landlords to manage all aspects of their properties due to her approachable nature and “can-do” attitude. With her amazing management, organisational and communication skills Sue found she could successfully manage a portfolio of 160 properties but referrals soon saw that figure grow to over 200.

Sue sees her role as a Property Manager as not just about managing properties, but also about managing relationships with landlords and tenants alike. It is this attitude that has ensured her success in the real estate field.

Luckily for Maxwell and Co, Sue decided a change was needed and a smaller team environment in a boutique agency would suit her better. Sue joined the Maxwell and Co team in early 2008.
